Management Team

Jennifer Van De Hey, Executive Director

As the Executive Director for Regent Court, Jennifer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Memory Care community. She has over 12 years of experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. She is very passionate about seeing that our seniors live their lives in a homelike environment that gives them choices. Jennifer has an extensive background in the healthcare field and is dedicated to supporting her residents and staff. Her focus is to build a strong team of individuals who will provide love and care on a long-term basis and provide a stable environment for our community.

Prior to joining Regent Court and the BPM Senior Living, Jennifer was an EMT/Firefighter in Junction City. In her spare time she enjoys playing the guitar, making jewelry, dancing, and spending time with her two teenage daughters. Jennifer has been married to her husband for 20 years and lives in Harrisburg. Jennifer is looking forward to building a strong team and making Regent Court her home for many years.

Trina Smith, Director of Community Relations

Trina Smith comes to Regent Court with over 15 years of exceptional sales and marketing experience. As the Director of Community Relations, Trina is responsible for building strong relationships with professionals that serve seniors in the Linn-Benton area including local Senior Centers, Churches, Hospitals, Physician Groups and Elder Law Attorney’s. Trina works as a liaison for the families inquiring information about our community for their loved ones. Currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management, Trina has a passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. In her spare time she enjoys photography, writing, and not to mention spending time with her two wonderful daughters. Trina is excited to help make a difference in the lives of others at Regent Court.

Linda Hahn, Business Office Manager

After 31 ½ years working in the office at Willamette Industries Linda came to work at Regent Court, in 2004. As our Business Office Manager, Linda is responsible for all of the financial and administrative functions while serving as the human resource contact for our community personnel. Her passion to help families in our community and our staff continues to gleam through her smile. Each day Linda brings smiles to our residents by bringing in “Buddy” her rescue dog. Buddy was at a rescue shelter, because his owner had advanced dementia and was unable to care for him. We are pleased to have Linda and Buddy at our Memory Care Community!

Barb Small-Paxton, Health Services Director

With a passion to help the senior population Barb, comes to Regent Court with over thirty years of experience in long term care. She started out as a caregiver in a small nursing home in the early 1970’s. Wanting to continue her education, Barb went to school at Linn-Benton Community College for Nursing and graduated in 1996. Barb has been married to her husband for twelve years. When Barb and her husband who is in the medical field are not caring for others they enjoy spending time with their two dogs, two cats and two sons. She enjoys reading, walking on the beach, and music of all types. Barb looks forward to helping the needs of each resident here at Regent Court for many years to come.

Diana Tester, Director of Activities

As the Director of Activities at Regent Court, Diana plans and executes a whole assortment of activities ranging from social get-togethers and physical activities to outings and memory exercising activities. You will always find a smile on her face as she encourages the residents to participate in daily activities. Diana helps to ensure that every resident’s personal preferences are met. Diana joined the Regent Court team as a Resident Aide, where she developed her knowledge of the residents and their families, including their interests, likes, and dislikes. After about 15 months, she was promoted to Regent Court's Activities Director. In her spare time she enjoys her grandchildren, reading, cooking, and long quiet walks.

Kathy Wheeler, Food Service Director

Kathy and her family moved to Corvallis in 1981. She started working with the Crescent Valley High School Food Service until 2008. Shortly after 7 months into her retirement she realized that she was not happy. She knew that she needed to serve and help others. God lead her to Regent Court as the Food Service Director. Kathy is pleased to say that she couldnt be happier. Kathy believes in getting back to the basics of homemade cooking and welcomes everyone to stop by for a healthy homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kathy considers herself blessed to be able to offer comfort and support to Regent Courts residents and their families.

Jeremy York, Maintenance Director

Jeremy has been the Maintenance and Housekeeping Director for Regent Court since 2004. He is responsible for the turnover of apartments, general building maintenance, and the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Jeremy has an extensive work history with over 20 plus years in maintenance and customer service. You will find that Jeremy goes above and beyond to help assist the residents and the needs of the family’s here at Regent Court. In his free time Jeremy likes to draw, work on his car and motorcycle with his sons.
