Rates and Fees
Our rates are based on three delicious meals a day and a host of community amenities. Our apartment homes are available without any lease or buy-in fees. A one-time non-refundable Community fee equal to one month's rent is due at the time of move in for the continued maintenance of the community area and common grounds.
- Companion Suite – beginning at $130/day
- Private Studio – beginning at $155/day
- Respite Care – beginning at $190/day
